File Transfer (FTP) Instructions
The following directions will assist you in successfully uploading your file(s) to Anderberg-Lund Printing's File Server.
- Anderberg-Lund Printing recommends that all project files uploaded to our server be stuffed or zipped and that each file transmitted does not exceed 500Mb. Please compress all project files into a single archive file before uploading.

- If you are a returning customer, type in your email address and password above and click continue. If you are new and have not used this service before click on "Create a new account"
- It is recommended that you compress your files before you submit them to us. Through this process, you will be able to submit multiple files contained within one compressed file. Should you have multiple compressed files that need to be submitted, you can submit all of these files at one time by clicking on the “Add Multiple Files+” button.
- You can also include comments by clicking in the “Comments” box and typing in your information. The information that you include in this box will be accessible by your Anderberg-Lund representative and will enable us to better serve your needs.
- To begin transferring a file click on the Upload File link which is found within the Contents of Home folder box. You will then see a box titled "Upload files to primary folder". Click on the "Choose File" button which will allow you to select a file for transfer. Once selected click on the "Upload Files" button and the transfer will commence.
- The file transfer may take some time depending on the speed of your Internet connection and the size of your file(s). Therefore, be sure to only click the "Upload Files" button once to ensure a complete delivery of the file(s).
- Once the "Upload Files" button has been clicked, a screen will pop-up indicating the transfer progress.
- After the uploaded file(s) are received, you will notice that your file shows up under the "Contents of Home Folder" box. Your Anderberg-Lund customer service representative will now be notified automatically.
- If you wish to download a file, simply click on the filename and the file will be downloaded to your computer.
- If you wish to delete your uploaded file off the File Transfer server, click on the X icon appearing to the right of the files on the File Transfer upload screen.
- When you are done with your File Transfer session, you may logout of the File Transfer upload screen by clicking on the "Log Out" link located at the top right-hand corner of the screen and you will be returned to the sign on screen.
