Here’s how to get the most out of your mailing list:

We recommend using these list file formats: ASCII Delimited, Excel, Access, ASCII Fixed Width, Word Perfect
Keep your lists up to date by running the list through the U.S. Postal Service National Change Of Address (NCOA) file.
Keep seeded names on the database for two reasons: to see samples of your mailing piece and to make sure there is no unauthorized use of your mailing list.
Talk to your designers before they design the mailing to make sure they understand mailing requirements that might affect the finished design.
