Customer ServiceTips

Here's how to get the most out of your Customer Service Rep.

  • Watch out for false deadlines - tell your CSR/sales representative real deadlines (and if you get an extension, tell him or her that, too)
  • Communication is a two-way street. Be available and respond to CSR questions quickly.
  • Or if you thought that there was something that could be improved upon, letting us know is a sure way to make sure it doesn't happen again. We strive to remain the best!
  • Provide details of the job (and changes) in writing and ask for written confirmation.
  • If there's a problem, work with your CSR or rep to find a solution everyone can agree upon.

Sales and Customer Service

Customers first, last, and everywhere in-between

Throughout our 35+ year history, Anderberg-Lund has never lost sight of the key component to our success – people. Good, honest, knowledgeable, dedicated people who care about our customers and always have their best interest in mind.

Customer service is everyone's job…At Anderberg-Lund we've stressed that customer service is the first thing listed in every position's job description—no matter what the job.

All Anderberg-Lund employees (including sales and customer service staff) follow these customer guidelines:

  • Keep learning. A large part of excellent customer service is knowledge and expertise. All employees receive regular technical training as well as specialized training in serving customers.
  • Be organized. Be respectful of your customers time and get all of your questions asked and answered at once.
  • Lobby for the customer. Customers want their CSR and print rep to be their eyes and ears in the company; the person who lobbies for their jobs.
  • Be proactive. Get to know your customers needs and anticipate what your customers want before they do!
  • Accommodate your customers. Work with their schedules, their needs, their wants.
  • There's no such thing as too much communication. If a customer calls you to ask about a job, that's a signal you aren't doing yours.
  • Abide by the "no surprises" rule. If something goes wrong (and we all know it can) give the customer an immediate heads-up—don't wait...even if you don't have all the information yet.

Call us at 952-920-9720 or stop by our printing facility at 6999 Oxford Street in St. Louis Park to meet some of our friendly customer service and sales representatives and find out how they can work with you to get your printing project done right, on time, and on budget.
